Service Description
Sokanista is leading the charge for change and donating proceeds from this class to the District Alliance For Safe Housing. This 75-minute workshop will be focusing on getting your waistline movement elevated! We will work on body isolations, and movement combinations so you can move with more confidence and sass. ....And of course when carnival call, you'll be answering with a smile :)
